Joni Lee Rossi is founder and president of Back Bay Staffing Group ®, a recruitment solutions firm specializing in diversity staffing in Boston. The company specializes in the recruitment and placement of both direct hire and temporary placement personnel across multiple industries in both public and private sectors.  As a former job developer for CETA (Comprehensive Employment Training Act), Joni Lee became certified as a Woman Business Enterprise and continues to assist minorities and women find jobs and succeed at reaching their goals. Joni Lee also supports a number of causes that help children and young people including The Home For Little Wanderers and The Girl Scouts nationwide.
