QA Analyst

• 5+ years of experience as a software quality assurance specialist.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• At least 1 year of experience with web services APIs and complex data structures.
• Extensive manual testing experience.
• Testing experience in different web browsers on various operating systems.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and a strong testing aptitude. Be able to re-produce reported potential system bugs by end users and create defect items for confirmed bugs in RTC.
• Experience testing databases and knowledge of SQL queries.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

Job Responsibilities:
• Creating and documenting test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
• Executing test cases and documenting test results.
• Developing test cases from use cases as well interviewing power users.
• Developing and running test automation scripts in a web services development environment.
• Testing the application using sound engineering practices and employing solid Source Code Management practices.
• Software black box and white box testing, load testing, and integrated systems testing.
• Daily usage of the following tools: IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint, JAWS, as well as the IBM Rational Performance Tester and Functional Tester.
• Testing of database content and multiple interfaces, include SOA and Web Services.
• May be required to be available for stand by duty and, if necessary, overtime hours to resolve critical system problems and/or perform production system maintenance as well as to respond to emergencies

UX / UI Designer / Developer
Our client is seeking candidates for the position of UI/UX Designer and Developer. Ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of back-end programming architecture and technologies, experience with building standards/guides, experience with developing accessible interfaces for people with disabilities, and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will also have knowledge of current UX/UI industry trends.

Basic Requirements:
3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
4-6 years of front end design
4-6 years HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
3+ years of experience with Bootstrap or similar grid based framework

DESIGN:
Work with clients to deliver client needs and vision.
Create quality mockups and prototypes on tight timelines.
Create graphics including logos, buttons, banners etc…
Iterate designs, solicit feedback, and revise mockups promptly.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with teams and other stakeholders synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Promote accessibility and usability best practices.
Perform competitive analysis and research for projects.
Ability to accept feedback and revise designs in an iterative process.

DEVELOPMENT:
Using a combination HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap create web pages and interfaces that integrate with backend Java and .Net code
Develop in compliance with web accessibility standards and usability best practices
Work collaboratively with Java and .NET development teams.
Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components.
Build for cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility.
Build fully responsive websites/applications
Maintain a high awareness of industry trends and technologies about front-end design and development

Director of Compliance
The Director of Compliance will manage processes and controls to ensure that Company is compliant with their respective mandates, federal securities laws, and the compliance policies and procedures. The Director of Compliance will manage staff overseeing portfolio compliance, code of ethics, and counterparty/derivatives functions. It is expected that Director of Compliance will develop Board reporting and enhancements to the sub-adviser oversight process.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Compliance Department staff in monitoring and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
  • Oversee daily portfolio compliance testing and work with Compliance Department personnel to resolve portfolio compliance incidents.
  • Direct compliance testing function.
  • Select and oversees software applications and coding to assure appropriate targeting of compliance issues.
  • Assist with Code of Ethics monitoring and reporting.
  • Assist with foreign regulatory reporting.
  • Coordinate Fund reports and reporting.
  • Train and coach staff to analyze compliance issues, resolve conflicts in data and communicate issues within the organization.
  • Evaluate and redesign department processes to ensure strong internal controls.
  • Assist with the client information requests.
  • Participate in sub-adviser monitoring, including, due diligence visits.
  • Develop sub-adviser oversight monitoring processes and reporting
  • Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in the Rule 206(4)-7 Annual Rule 38a-1 Annual Reviews.
  • In depth knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, and other Federal Securities Laws.
  • In depth knowledge of Board governance, corporate and trust rules, regulations, and processes.
  • Thorough knowledge of investment instruments.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.

  • 7+ years of work experience.
  • JD and law license preferred.
